H\u00e1 uma predisposi\u00e7\u00e3o para trombose em veias ou art\u00e9rias devido a anomalias na composi\u00e7\u00e3o do sangue, fluxo sangu\u00edneo, ou na parede vascular.<\/p><p>Os resultados de v\u00e1rios estudos cl\u00ednicos e gen\u00e9ticos estabeleceram que a trombofilia heredit\u00e1ria pode ser causada por uma inibi\u00e7\u00e3o da coagula\u00e7\u00e3o insuficiente que resulta de:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>altera\u00e7\u00f5es gen\u00e9ticas que resultam numa defici\u00eancia em inibidores naturais da coagula\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>altera\u00e7\u00f5es
