Este estudo farmacogen\u00e9tico define a terapia da dose ideal de medicamentos ou recomenda uma terapia alternativa com estatinas baseada no gen\u00f3tipo <strong>SLCO1B1.<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-kobu-custom-blocks-responsive-spacer responsive-spacer size-medium\"><\/div><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benef\u00edcios dos testes gen\u00e9ticos<\/h3><p>O teste farmacogen\u00e9tico inclui o estudo de 3 variantes gen\u00e9ticas no gene<strong> SLCO1B1<\/strong> associado ao risco de miopatia. Em doentes que tomam estatinas, esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o melhora a ader\u00eancia ao tratamento e a efic\u00e1cia.<\/p><p>Avaliando as variantes gen\u00e9ticas do <strong>SLCO1B1<\/strong>, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>avaliar a resposta do paciente \u00e0 sinvastatina<\/li><li>prescrever uma dose adequada<\/li><li>evitar os efeitos secund\u00e1rios adversos de uma dosagem n\u00e3o \u00f3ptima de simvastatina<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"wp-block-kobu-custom-blocks-responsive-spacer responsive-spacer size-large\"><\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Painel Gen\u00e9tico<\/h2><p>O teste gen\u00e9tico inclui a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 variantes gen\u00e9ticas no gene <strong>SLCO1B1<\/strong>. De acordo com a FDA, o risco de miopatia \u00e9 maior durante o primeiro ano de tratamento, e aproximadamente 60% dos casos est\u00e3o associados a variantes gen\u00e9ticas SLCO1B1. Estas est\u00e3o fortemente associadas a um risco acrescido de miopatia induzida por estatinas.
