ISO 13485 currently suspended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UK NEQAS Marking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>United National External Quality external Quality Assessment Service (UK NEQAS) is an External Quality Assessment program which provides a world wide service that enables the laboratories to fulfill quality goals and facilitate optimal patient care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IDI NP 4457<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IDI NP 4457, which allows an IDI certification, was developed in order to help organizations improve their performance through Innovation, and consequently a better market differentiation and an image and credibility uplift. NP 4457 currently suspended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CE Marking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CE Marking is a mandatory conformity marking for the commercialization of IVD and MD, allowing their circulation in European Economics Area (EEA). A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heartgenetics.com\/pt\/\">HeartGenetics<\/a>obteve a marca\u00e7\u00e3o CE-IVD para 5 kits de testes gen\u00e9ticos e uma ferramenta computacional. A empresa aplica um programa de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade externa da marca\u00e7\u00e3o UK NEQAS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Certifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Norma ISO 9001<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Gest\u00e3o da Qualidade de acordo com a norma ISO 9001 permite demonstrar o compromisso das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es com a qualidade e satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus clientes, refor\u00e7ando a imagem institucional e acompanhamento do mercado em constante evolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Norma ISO 13485<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A norma ISO 13485, harmonizada pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia, representa os requisitos necess\u00e1rios para um sistema de gest\u00e3o de qualidade para o design e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos. ISO 13485 atualmente suspensa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marca\u00e7\u00e3o UK NEQAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O United National External Quality Assessment Service (UK NEQAS) \u00e9 um programa de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Externa da Qualidade para Imunocitoqu\u00edmica que fornece um servi\u00e7o a n\u00edvel mundial que permite aos laborat\u00f3rios cumprir os seus objetivos de qualidade e oferecer um servi\u00e7o aos pacientes cada vez melhor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IDI NP 4457<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A norma IDI NP 4457, que possibilita a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o em IDI, foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de ajudar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a melhor o seu desempenho atrav\u00e9s da Inova\u00e7\u00e3o, e a consequente diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado, melhoria de imagem e credibilidade das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. NP 4457 atualmente suspensa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registo da Marca\u00e7\u00e3o CE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A marca\u00e7\u00e3o CE trata-se de uma marca\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria para a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de DIV e DM, permitindo a sua circula\u00e7\u00e3o livre na \u00c1rea Econ\u00f3mica Europeia (EEA).
